My Career Pathway is a career exploration program created by Novant Health and powered by The STETRIS Group. The STETRIS Group operates this application and website as a technology provider on behalf of Novant Health.

We collect only the information necessary to provide the My Career Pathway program:

• Account information — name, email address, and school or grade level provided at registration
• Usage data — which career pathways and modules you have viewed, completed, or interacted with
• Assessment responses — your answers to the Agile Work Profiler and other in-app activities
• Progress data — your completion status so your progress is saved between sessions
• Device information — device type, operating system, and browser type for technical support

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial information, government IDs, or sensitive health information.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Save and display your progress through the program
• Personalize your experience based on Agile Work Profiler results
• Improve the program content and user experience
• Provide aggregate, anonymized reporting to Novant Health on program engagement
• Communicate program updates to users who have opted in

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising unrelated to this program.

For users under 13:

• We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the program
• We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
