Novant Health: My Career Pathway

My Career Pathway is a free, self-paced career exploration program created by Novant Health and operated by The STETRIS Group ("we," "us," or "our"). The program is available through the My Career Pathway mobile app and at nh.mycareerpathwayapp.com.

The program is designed for high school students who want to explore healthcare career pathways and build college and career readiness skills. It is offered at no cost to users.

My Career Pathway is open to any student or individual interested in exploring healthcare careers. There are no age, geographic, or academic requirements to enroll.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

To access certain features of My Career Pathway, you may be required to create a free account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used inappropriately.

My Career Pathway is provided for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the program without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app or platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect content from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization
• Use the program for any unlawful purpose

All content within My Career Pathway — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, assessments, game elements, career profiles, and module content — is the property of Novant Health and/or The STETRIS Group and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Novant Health name, logo, trademarks, or branding beyond what is necessary to access and use the program as intended.

The career information, salary data, job descriptions, and educational guidance provided in My Career Pathway are for general informational purposes only. While we make every effort to keep content accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or applicable to every individual situation.

My Career Pathway may include links to third-party websites or resources for educational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

My Career Pathway is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novant Health and The STETRIS Group disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Novant Health nor The STETRIS Group shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use My Career Pathway, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the program shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the program, which is zero as the program is free.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to My Career Pathway at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of My Career Pathway after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
