About This Course

The College & Career Readiness (CCR) program prepares students to transition confidently from school into college, career, and community life. It runs as three connected series that build on one another — moving students from self-discovery to career exploration to real-world leadership and innovation. As a facilitator, your role is to guide, encourage, and connect each lesson to students' lived experiences, making the learning relevant, personal, and action-oriented. This hub gives you everything you need to do that well. Here's what you'll find: - Facilitator Overview Guide — The big picture: program purpose, how the three series progress, the shared weekly structure (Monday–Friday), your core responsibilities, key deliverables, best practices, and the cross-series skill framework. - Weekly Facilitator Guides (Weeks 1–4) — Week-by-week plans with learning objectives by series, a suggested daily flow, a detailed Friday session script, discussion prompts, facilitator tips, and an end-of-week checklist. - Student Submissions & Survey Results — Direct links to participant All About Me Journals and the Mid-Course and End-of-Course survey results. Each series is self-paced for students but follows a clear weekly rhythm: three core lessons, a journal reflection, and a Friday review session. By the end of the full sequence, students will understand their strengths, explore real career and education pathways, apply research and problem-solving, communicate through digital media, and lead with empathy, ethics, and innovation.
